LEAP (Learning Environment Advancement Project) is our way of ensuring schools are places where both students and teachers can truly thrive. We focus on building and improving safe, practical, and inspiring spaces, so every student feels welcome, encouraged, and ready to reach their full potential.

We choose schools by looking at where the need is greatest, places with gaps in infrastructure or the most potential for positive change. We also make sure every school we pick is a good fit for RCK’s mission to expand educational opportunities where they’re needed most.

LEAP improves learning outcomes by making sure students and teachers have the spaces and resources they need to do their best. When learning spaces are safe, welcoming, and full of the right materials, students are more likely to stay engaged, feel motivated, and really absorb what they’re being taught. LEAP helps turn schools into places where learning comes easier and everyone has the chance to succeed.
